Payment for services are due at the time of the visit unless other arrangements have been made prior to the scheduled appointment. We accept most traditional insurance policies and are network providers for Aetna PPO, Assurant PPO, Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO, Cigna PPO – Radius Network, CompBenefits PPO, Connection Dental PPO, Delta Dental Premier/PPO, Dentemax PPO, DHA-PPO, Guardian PPO, Humana PPO, MetLife PDP/PPO, Principal PPO, United Concordia-Alliance and United Healthcare PPO and many more. Patients with dental insurance must make payment for the portion of treatment costs that are not covered by the insurance at the time of treatment. We accept cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard and Discover. Additionally, we offer no-interest financing through CareCredit or our in-office automatic credit/debit card payment plan. We will provide you with an ESTIMATE for treatment (time permitting) and anything not covered by your insurance carrier is your responsibility.
*In an effort to keep our fees reasonable during these economically challenging times, there will be a $12 per month billing charge for any account over 60 days past due and has not made prior payment arrangements.
